We use PayPal to handle all credit card transactions. Therefore, you can be assured that the process is secure and safe to use. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for your order as PayPal also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Electron and Solo. When reaching the PayPal screen you will see a link bottom left which will allow you to do so.
Shipping And Handling
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 36 hours after delivery. Do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
SHORTAGE
It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
INCORRECT GOODS
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
NON DELIVERIES
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.
Delivery Schedule
Our wharehouse holds a large amount of stock, and we aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours for delivery within 5-7 days. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the order and we will fully reimburse you.
We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.
We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where
- There is no breach of a legal duty or care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents
- Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
- Any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will then aim to deliver within 28 days, depending on supplier availability. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
You may be contacted via email for marketing purposes, notification of special offers and by selected third parties in conection with our product range or similar.
At any time you are able to unsubscribe from such mailings and you will not be contacted again, except for specific account or order based communications.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless they are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 5 WORKING DAYS from when the goods were received.
We advise you return the items by Royal Mail Recorded delivery which insures you for £30.00 in the event of items being missing or lost.
For items valued over £30.00 in value, please return them Special Delivery for Insurance Purposes. or any another means that requires a signature at our end.
Note: We will not be held responsible for missing items returned to us. Should the item go missing with Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for contacting Royal Mail and issuing a claim.
